Icom has released three different VHF radios in this series, with the IC-F1000T positioned at the top of the range. It is a capable two way radio with LCD display, and it also has a full keypad, including numerical buttons and program keys.
Thanks to its IP67 rating, this two way radio is completely dustproof. It resists damage from water, powdered dust, mud and even complete submersion in water, up to depths of 1 metre, and durations of 30 minutes. Its large 3.6cm speaker provides superb audio clarity, and the optional quiet mode allows it to be used in practically any location.
