- MSTronic's series of DC to DC converters are a low cost and high reliability solution for those needing to maintain power-cycling control over 12 and 24VDC devices running from a 802.3af switch (such as a Cisco PoE switch) 
- In managed networks Ubiquiti's supplied PoE injectors can be problematic for network managers needing to remotely manage the power-cycling of radios 
- The MIT-22-1224 can be used to convert 802.3af PoE supplied by the managed switch into 24V Passive PoE required by the Ubiquiti device 
- They accept data-in and PoE from a shielded RJ45 Jack and provide data-out and PoE power on the shielded RJ45 output jack.
